Today's Program
by Amelia Roll

Tonight we were excited to have Jodi Knittel of Tangerine Road as our guest speaker.  Jodi is a life coach, and she works with both businesses and individuals.  Jodi is passionate about what she does, and truely believes that she is fulfilling her purpose by facilitating people in their journey to find their passion.

Jodi focused on three steps to create something in your life...

1. Intention: stating what you want, and being very clear about it

2. Attention: creat a plan and take action, putting your attention on what you want makes it grow stronger in your life. Take action because "action engages attention"

3. No Tension: act from a state of calm or peace, be open to the fact that not everything will appear the way you expect it to, focus on the what and let go of the how.
