Todays Program
by Amelia Roll

Tonight's program was presented by Lynn Alexander, President and CEO of Your Aging Well Advisor located in Birmingham.  Your Aging Well Advisor is a consulting and public speaking firm whose mission is to educate consumers about "Aging Well".

First and foremost, everyone should be prepared for aging...we are all going to do it!  If you look at aging in a positive manner, and embrace it rather than fight it, you will have a much easier time dealing with it.

Much of how the aging process affects each of us can be determined by three things:

A - Attitude

G - Genetics

E - Education
