Today's Program

This evening we heard from Dr. Dan Judge about the importance of healthy living.  Dr. Judge is a local chiropractor and wellness expert who is excited about informing people of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.  

The number one cause of death in America is due to heart disease, followed by cancer.  Creating a healthy daily routine to can help reduce the risk of heart disease for all of us.  Just 30 minuntes of light exercise (walking) - 5x's a week can reduce risk by 50%.  Healthy sleep pattern (at least 7 hrs a night), relieving stress daily (20 minutes of relaxation) and eating red fruits (strawberry, tomato or watermelon) can also help reduce risk.
